The cold brew itself has that bold, strong coffee flavor that I LOVE, but in my opinion, I just don’t think pumpkin and cold brew mix very well together. It’s still a pretty good drink and definitely gives fall vibes, but it’s just not it for me!

THIS is fall in a cup. 😋🍂 So smooth, creamy, and delicious, with the perfect mix of pumpkin and white chocolate. The cinnamon on top just pulls the whole thing together. If you’re looking for a drink that screams fall without being too much, this is it.

I think this one officially earned a spot on my fall favorites list. 👀

🍂☕️ TODAY’S FALL DRINK: THE SCARECROW LATTE ☕️🍂

Brown Sugar • Salted Caramel • Toasted Marshmallow • Cold Foam

10/10 😋 This one KILLED IT. Everything mixes together so well—the brown sugar, salted caramel, and toasted marshmallow are basically fall in a cup. Sweet, cozy, and SO good. Definitely one I’d order again!

And because apparently one drink wasn’t enough caffeine chaos for today… 😂 Barista Marissa has been wanting me to branch out and try a Lotus since I don’t get them very often. She made me Blue Raspberry + Raspberry + Strawberry! 💙🍓

8/10! Honestly, not bad at all! The flavors are really good together—it’s just a little sweeter than I normally go for. But Marissa may slowly be converting me into a Lotus girl. 👀

What should I try next: another fall coffee or let Marissa surprise me with another Lotus?

This one definitely tastes like fall in a cup! Cozy, sweet, creamy, and that cinnamon sugar sprinkle brings the whole thing together. 🤎 I just wish the pumpkin came through a little stronger—give me ALL the pumpkin!! 🎃

Fall coffee season might just be my favorite time of year. 😂

Got to stop by the soft opening of Sips Coffee Co in Gillespie this morning, and you KNOW I had to show up wearing the Stay Local. Stay Caffeinated. shirt. ☕️

A HUGE congratulations to Lynde on opening her THIRD Sips location!! 🥳 It’s seriously so cool getting to watch a local business continue to grow, expand, and bring good coffee to even more small towns.

And obviously I couldn’t leave without grabbing a coffee… because showing up to a coffee shop and NOT getting caffeinated would be completely off brand for me. 😂

The new Gillespie location officially opens Tuesday, September 1st! If you’re in the area, stop in, grab your favorite drink, check out the new space, and show this local business some love. 🤎

It’s a Sugar-Free Saturday afternoon with Blake, and today’s drink was made by none other than Barista Marissa Box! 🙌🏻

10/10! Such a classic flavor combo, but SO delicious. Sweet, smooth, creamy, and honestly one of those combos you just can’t go wrong with.

And of course, Marissa didn’t just make the drinks… she also got recruited as today’s Caffeinated model. 😂📸 Safe to say she understood the assignment!

☕️ TODAY’S DRINK: MAPLE CINNAMON ROLL 🍁🤎

Fun fact: ChatGPT actually came up with the name “Maple Cinnamon Roll” for this one—and somehow it absolutely nailed it. 😂

Before they even told me what flavors were in it, I took one sip and immediately went, “This tastes like a cinnamon roll.” Sooooo I’d say the name is pretty dang accurate!

10/10. 👏🏻 This might honestly be my new favorite! It’s basically my usual maple drink with a fall twist, and I am HERE for it.

The maple, pumpkin, and vanilla work ridiculously well together. Sweet, cozy, creamy, and somehow it gives off major cinnamon-roll vibes even without cinnamon being one of the flavors. 🍁🎃

It’s giving crisp mornings, hoodies, changing leaves, and convincing myself it’s fall even when Illinois weather has other plans. 😂

VERY much a fall drink. VERY much delicious. VERY much getting ordered again. 🤎☕️

9/10! The banana, toasted marshmallow, and white chocolate actually work SO well together. Sweet, smooth, and just enough campfire vibes without being too much. 😂 Next time, I’d probably add a little more banana to make that flavor stand out, but overall, DELICIOUS!

I had way too much fun letting you guys choose what I drank. 👀 Should You Pick, I Sip become a regular thing?! Maybe I’ll keep creating completely random combos and let you decide which one gets put to the test. ☕️

If fall could be put into a cup, this would be it. 🍂☕️

This is SO GOOD!! Warm, cozy, sweet, delicious — basically everything you want in a fall coffee. The pumpkin gives it that classic fall flavor, the hazelnut adds a little nuttiness, and the vanilla smooths everything out perfectly. None of the flavors overpower each other, and it genuinely tastes like sweater weather in coffee form. 😂🍁

10/10. I will absolutely be drinking this one again as we get closer to fall!

And can we talk about the little “Don’t Stress!” written on my cup?! 🥹💕 Apparently my coffee is giving me life advice now, and honestly… I needed the reminder. 😂

Coffee in hand. Don’t stress. It’s almost fall. Life is good. ☕️🍂
