This easy Labneh Balls recipe by our friend is made from scratch. 💜What is Labneh? A deliciously creamy flavorful yogurt, with a consistency of soft cheese! Find the recipe below and pair with our Fire Roasted Vegetable Crackers for the perfect combo. 👇😍
Ingredients:
- homemade or store-bought labneh
- 1 tbsp dehydrated garlic
- 1 tbsp zataar spice
- 1 slice dehydrated lemon
- olive oil for rolling and labneh ball storage
Instructions:
Make labneh according to recipe. See below for a link to the recipe* – you will need 24 hours for the homemade labneh. Once labneh is prepared, scoop out 2 tablespoons per ball to make 8 labneh balls. Put a little bit of olive oil on your hands and roll each one. Set on a plate. Now make the spice mix: to a spice grinder or high powered blender add dehydrated lemon slice, dehydrated garlic and zataar. Pulse until a finer, combined texture is created. Pour the spice mixture onto a plate or in a low bowl and roll each labneh ball in the spice mixture. Repeat until all labneh balls are done. Finally, transfer the spiced labneh balls to a clear glass container or jar. Pour in enough olive oil to cover all of the balls and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Enjoy the labneh balls spread onto Milton’s Gourmet Fire Roasted Vegetable Crackers!

This Blueberry Ginger Parfait featuring our Gluten Free Sea Salt Crackers is the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Have them for breakfast or as a feel-good treat! 😋

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ cup orange juice
1 bag of Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers
3 cups plain Greek yogurt (or more)
Instructions:
Combine blueberries, brown sugar and ginger in a small saucepan and stir in orange juice. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes, to reduce. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Pulse crackers in a food processor until crumbled. Layer four half-pint jars with the crumbled crackers, yogurt, then blueberry sauce. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Deck the halls with festive gluten free treats this holiday! ⛄️Follow this super easy and tasty recipe by our friend using our Gluten Free Sea Salt Crackers. Find the recipe below! 💜
Ingredients and Instructions:
- Place ¾ cup dark chocolate chips and ½ tablespoon coconut oil in an oven safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments to ensure the chocolate does not burn. (Example: Microwave for 30 seconds, stir the chocolate and then place back into the microwave.) Repeat this until the chocolate is completely melted.�
- Add a drop or two of peppermint extract into the melted chocolate and mix.�
- To a bowl, add ¾ crushed Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers, ¼ cup crushed gf pretzels, ⅓ cup crushed cashews and the melted chocolate.�
- Grab 8 cupcake liners. Use a medium size cookie scoop and scoop the mixture into each cupcake liner. Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and festive sprinkles if you would like.�
- Place the liners into the fridge for about 1 hour to harden.�
- Remove from the liners and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup Milton’s Crispy Sea Salt Gluten Free Crackers, finely crushed
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ cup melted butter
4 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
whipped topping or seasonal ice cream
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the crushed cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Divide sliced apples into six ramekins. Top with crumb mixture.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-5 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped topping or a scoop of ice cream!
