Forage to Pantry ~preserving Nature's bounty~ I also maintain a large garden that produces more food than we can eat fresh. The answer? Harvest, process, preserve!

My husband, Jonathan, and I are avid year round foragers of wild food, including fruit, herbs, nuts, mushrooms and other vegetables. As the seasons progress, new items are added to the pantry: chutney, jam, jelly, marmalade, fruit leather, dried fruit, pickles, vegetable chips, canned vegetables, salsa, steeped liquors, the list is endless! t their peak using way less sugar than traditional recipes (if any!) which allows the natural sweetness and flavor of the fruit and vegetables to shine. To order your goodies please click on "Menu" for a current product list. Message or email your order and we will arrange a pick-up time and location. We will also keep you posted regarding pop-up Pantries around the Monterey Peninsula! Also, if you or any of your friends have overly productive fruit trees or over abundance from your garden, we will happily except unwanted produce for the Pantry!
