Salt & Cedar is moving indoors for the winter!
After another busy season on the road, we’re parking the food trailer and trying something a little different.
Starting Saturday, October 31st, Salt & Cedar will be opening every Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM at Korean Dad 1492 State Street in Veazie!
We’ve spent the last few years serving food out of our little trailer at the waterfront, festivals, events, and wherever else the road has taken us. Now we’re looking forward to having a place where you can come find us every Saturday, without having to check where we’re parked!
We’re bringing along the smash burgers you know, including our Apple Butter Bacon Smash, and expanding the menu with some things we’ve been wanting to do for a while.
Steak Frites au Poivre, some pretty ridiculous grilled cheese sandwiches, our Cluck Ya! Fried chicken sandwich, fried poutine, homemade desserts, and more.
And yes, the smash burgers are still here. We’re not messing with a good thing.
It’s the same family, the same kitchen, and the same food you’ve come to know from Salt & Cedar. Just a new way of doing things for the colder months.
