Update!! Last night we got our hineys handed to us with the Mumford & Sons crowd, had to completely restock between 9 last night and 7 this morning, and get a little bit of sleep somewhere in there.
I’m sorry for not posting sooner, we’ve been busy feeding about 100 firefighters at the State Fire Marshal’s Office today! Great group and thank you for letting us feed you all! We will not be open tomorrow, we have to restock the truck. We are on the Bangor Waterfront on Friday. Saturday we will be at an event. Thank you so much to all of you!

Good morning all! We have decided to not open today, the last week has been brutally hot in the truck which has drained us and we have three major events coming up, so we decided to take an extra day to prep. This week we will be on the Bangor Waterfront Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Thank you so much to everyone who has stopped by so far this season, keep supporting local and keep being super cool and kind!

We are open and it’s Friday! You know what that means, right? Yes you, and you and also you over there hiding, deserve a treat! That treat is we will do all the incredibly humid, hot lifting today. Believe me, y’all don’t want to be in your kitchens today. Stay kind, stay cool, and peace to all.

Open on the Bangor Waterfront 11-7 today!

It’s hot and you don’t want to cook, so we’ll suffer through the humidity because we love you all (no sarcasm).

The desserts have been restocked, lemon mousse cheesecake slices, black cherry mousse cheesecake slices, and your favorite, peanut butter cheesecake cups, with a generous dollop of peanut Nutella.

Good morning!
I wanted to hop on here to let you know we will not be open today. With the weather and needing to play catch up on some business stuff we decided today would be a good day for it. If you do stop by the waterfront today, hit up the other trucks though! Buy local, eat delicious.

We are open at the Bangor Waterfront and on DoorDash! So if you’re in the mood for one of the best smash burgers you’ll ever have or some amazing Thai food, and don’t want to deal with the crowds across the river, we got you! There will be crowds here later as it’s a concert night, just tell the people at the road block you’re coming to pick up food and they’ll let you in!

Also special deal alert, I’m going to call it ‘show us your lunch’, if you buy lunch (up until 4pm) from us or The Thai Lotus, we (Salt & Cedar Kitchen) will give you a dessert of your choosing until supplies last. So come on down!
