Tor and I thankfully found a supplier that ships within the U.S. while still sourcing their matcha directly from Japan 🫶🏼🍵

Our new matcha is crafted in the renowned tea-growing region of Uji, Kyoto. Zuiho Matcha is made from meticulously selected tea leaves that highlight the natural character and quality that Uji matcha is known for. 🍵✨

Tasting notes include a mellow, smooth flavor, gentle umami, and a subtle natural sweetness 💚

You may notice a small price change here at Biddie Matcha. Our supplier gave us an amazing discount on our kilo of matcha, which means the prices on your favorite lattes will be dropping slightly! 🤍

Now it’s time to get back in the kitchen and start testing 3–4 new summer flavors 👀☀️🥭

I seriously can’t wait for y’all to try them! I have so much planned for this summer, and I think you’re going to love what’s coming next 💛✨

🫐 Blueberry Cheesecake Matcha and 🍌 Banana Pudding Matcha will be $1.50 off, and all other lattes will be $1.00 off. 🫶🏼

✨ Crème top is still available as a $1 add-on, but it already comes included on the Blueberry Cheesecake and Banana Pudding lattes unless otherwise requested.

As many of y’all know, the Blueberry Cheesecake, Banana Pudding, and Coconut Cloud are part of my spring lineup and will be leaving soon as I prepare to introduce my summer lineup! ☀️💛

I will be open this Saturday and next Friday!

I wanted to be transparent with y’all, I’m currently running low on matcha. Unfortunately, there has been a huge surge in demand lately, and many of the websites and suppliers I normally order from are sold out. This has happened before, and I had a feeling it might happen again, but it’s definitely put me in a bit of a tough spot.

Right now, I’m reaching out to suppliers, requesting samples, and searching for a matcha that I feel confident serving to you. As y’all know, I care a lot about quality and taste, and I want to make sure every cup meets the standards that Biddie Matcha is known for. I never want to serve something that I wouldn’t personally enjoy myself.

For the time being, please bear with me while I work through this. I’m hopeful that I’ll find the perfect matcha soon and be back to serving your favorites without interruption. Thank you all for your continued support, patience, and love, it truly means the world to me. 💚🍵✨

The beauty of house-made syrups ♥️

We’ve got our Strawberry Shortcake syrup, Blueberry syrup, Banana syrup, house-made Horchata in the making (not pictured, currently soaking with lots of cinnamon sticks in the fridge), and lastly, that beautiful vanilla paste from a Madagascar vanilla pod 🤍

I always make sure to have extra Madagascar Vanilla syrup on hand because vanilla is such a safe and comforting flavor. I get a few customers who say, “I’ve never tried matcha and I’m scared I won’t like it.” I always recommend the Madagascar Vanilla Matcha Latte because it’s the perfect starter matcha. Honestly, you can never go wrong with a good vanilla 🤍 Plus, it’s Biddie Matcha’s #1 seller for a reason 🍵

The Strawberry Horchata Matcha and Original Horchata Matcha will also be available this Friday 💚 Be sure to message me to preorder, as the horchata is house-made with love and I want to make sure I have the perfect amount prepared.

They’ll be $9 for a 16oz, and you can add a cinnamon crème top or strawberry cinnamon crème top for an additional $1 🍓✨
