Thank you SO much to everyone who purchased today and left a tip! 💚 I know I rarely open nowadays, but every time I do, y’all show Biddie Matcha so much love. 🍵🐈‍⬛ It truly means so much to me!

I’m also going to start selling my holographic Biddie Matcha stickers! 🫶🏼 I always have a few of y’all ask if you can get one for your water bottles, laptops, etc., so you’ll start seeing the sticker on your cups change a little! 👀✨

I cannot WAIT to do fall pop-ups and events! I have so much in store for Biddie and I’m so excited to share it with y’all. 🩵

I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend, and I’ll see y’all soon! 😊🍵🐈‍⬛

Hi y’all! 🫶🏼 Biddie Matcha will be open 6:30 AM–9:30 AM this Thursday! 🍵🤎

It helps me out tremendously when you preorder! Two of my fall syrups that I make from scratch last less than a week, so I try not to make too much at a time. It honestly sucks having to pour a bunch of leftover syrup down the sink. 💔😭

So if you already know what you’d like, please consider preordering! 🥹🫶🏼 It helps me plan how much of each flavor to make and prevents unnecessary waste.

🚗 Delivery will be available in the Carrizo Springs area for 3+ latte orders.

⏰ Preorders closed ‼️

Thank you all so much for supporting my little business! 🤎🍵🫶🏼

Closing early today because y’all SOLD ME OUT of crème top, Pumpkin Chai, Toasted Marshmallow, and Cinnamon Roll! 🫶🏼🍵🤎

I hope you all loved the fall flavors just as much as I loved making them! 🍂🤎

Btw… I hope y’all loved the Strawberry Matcha Loaf slices and Matcha Cake Pops! Those cake pops were definitely a hassle to make, but they were so much fun! 🤩🍓🍵

Thank you all for showing so much love to Biddie Matcha! 🥹🫶🏼

I hope everyone has a safe and beautiful weekend! 🤎🍂

It’s been a while, but pumpkin spice season is finally here! 🎃🤎 I can’t wait for y’all to try this new lineup and, most importantly, to start serving you all again!

I’ll be posting my schedule and menu sometime this week as I finish up a few last-minute things. I have SO much in store for y’all this holiday season, so stay tuned! 👀✨

Biddie Matcha is back, baby! 🍵🤎

09/01/2026

Hi friends! 🤎

So, I may be closed this week and open on Saturday. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately, and I’m considering having Biddie Matcha operate mainly for events, farmers markets, and pop-ups.

Biddie Matcha is truly my pride and joy, and I don’t want to give up on it. 🤍 I’m going to be completely honest with y’all, business has been steady, but my ultimate goal for Biddie Matcha is to one day have a trailer. Realistically, though, that probably won’t happen for another few years.

For now, I’m just trying to figure out what makes the most sense for me, my family, and Biddie Matcha. No matter what, I’ll keep y’all updated! 🫶🏼

I’m also currently working on my mini fall menu, and I cannot wait to hopefully release it sometime this week! 🍂🍵🤎

Thank you all for continuing to support my little matcha business. It truly means more to me than y’all know. 🐈‍⬛🫶🏼
