Surprise! Came out to a baby goat this morning.
Not expecting any baby goats. I think I have the mother pegged down, but she’s not interested in it, of course. Currently searching for siblings…. And of course, all of my cameras are down because of the fire. Isn’t farming fun?

Unfortunately Sugar crossed over the rainbow bridge this morning unexpectedly leaving me as the new momma to a sweet little lamb 💔 Sugar was a wonderful mother and had the sweetest soul. Pun intended. She was the first lamb I purchased for our little farm and I will miss her. Her lamb is taking well to the bottle and seems to be getting more comfortable with me.

I was just in the process of combining all the name suggestions to pick one. Now that I’m going to be super attached to this little girl, I need a good one. Lmk if anyone has any late entries…

Gayle’s a big girl now but she’s still pretty cute ❤️ Although we know not to have favorites bc that’s a sure way for them unalive themselves so we’ll just say she’s kinda ugly 😉
