We should be able to let them out to Free Range in another day or so, but for now we'll get them refilled on food and water and go ahead and remove the animal carrier to give everyone aome more room 😉

Chicken House surprises tonight ☺️ we are thrilled to be adding to our flock. Biggs & Maverick haven't killed any of the 'practice chickens' so we've decided to start getting more and increase our egg production before winter comes.

Good morning and Happy FriYAY! Today's Small Business FriYAY Shoutout goes to Carthage Family Restaurant .

We had a superb breakfast 😋 and were treated wonderfully by all the staff.

They serve breakfast all day and they seriously know how to make the best cinnamon swirl French toast. Prices are more than fair and the serving sizes will not leave you hungry.

Remember to shop local when you can!!

This is just part of it! Long nights, tired bodies and saying farewell to the pigs and hello to the bacon.

These guys were smaller than we normally like, but this has been a strange year and our customers only pay by the pound. The butcher is full this time of year so rescheduling isn't an option.

We are happy to have taken care of these guys and also happy to be sending food to some great people. Thanks to God for allowing us to have this adventure 😇

It's Throwdown Thursday! You be the judge! Who does it better AI or ZR90?!?

In this week's challenge the woman on the left is out at night sitting in the tall grass with a lantern. It's night time, but somehow her lantern and the moon had a powwow and decided to perfectly light the sky and her beautiful face😉

Meanwhile I'm over here in my nightgown (again) cause it's Throwdown eve and I forgot I needed a picture 😆. My lantern is perfectly lightning my beautiful face too.... don't you think?!? 🤣🤣🤣 oh wait you can't see it because this is REALITY.

Again just trying my best to recreate a post that clearly gets more views, shares, and likes than our posts get! 🤣🤣🤣

Just a little bit longer, but our process is proving it works yet again ☺️ Our goal is that our pigs only have 1 bad day. We aim to keep them as stress free as possible all the way up to the very last minute. We feed in the trailer for many days before taking them to camp. It's less stressful for everyone this way.
