Hey Carthage!! What a week it's been??!! First the heat wave, and then the storms ... Made for a bad turn out for our trucks this week.... But fear not!! We're back at it again starting off the weekend strong! Back by popular demand , Tomorrow, Friday the 22nd, we've got "The Puckered Shrimp" serving up their cajan seafood boils!!
