This is the first SPREAD LOVE THRU FOOD PODCAST so we only have about 1000 things to improve and we will be working on those things one at a time so bare with us. I love breakfast and I love potatoes… I didn’t shoot any video for this cook so I will do it again next week so you can see the process. Time consuming but worth it. When done you just slice out a piece sear it up and the I top mine with pesto, an egg and my hot sauce. Have a great weekend… Spread Love Thru Food.

My 60/40 Chuck Roast / Brisket burger with aged cheddar, grilled onions & mushrooms, topped with a sliced double bacon wrapped smoked jalapeño popper, an over-easy egg on top with a pretzel bun.
