HAPPY LABOR DAY WEEKEND MY FRIENDS
Labor Day weekend is about slowing down for a minute, spending time with the people you love, firing up the grill, eating entirely too much food, and appreciating all the hardworking folks who keep this crazy world moving every single day.
We’ve got a crew full of those people here at The Hogz.!
People who show up early, stay late, sweat over smokers, sling trays, wash dishes, prep food, take care of customers and somehow still find enough energy to talk trash to each other all day.
We appreciate our crew more than we can put into words, and we appreciate every single hardworking person in this community who chooses to spend some of their hard-earned money supporting our little BBQ joint.
NOW… speaking of Labor Day cookouts… 👀👀✍🏼
If you volunteered to bring the food this weekend and you’re currently realizing you have absolutely NO business making enough mac & cheese, pulled pork, cowboy beans, ribs, brisket or banana pudding for 37 people…

Then here’s the important part:
Take it home. Transfer it into one of your own dishes. Throw a little aluminum foil over it. Walk into the cookout looking exhausted.
If somebody says, “OMG, you MADE all this?!”
Look them dead in the eyes and say:
“Yeah… been up since about 5 this morning.”
We ain’t saying a WORD, BABY 🫶🏼🫶🏼
We’ll even let you take the compliments.
