📣 Forging & Educator Endorsement Updates for 2026!

The AFA's Forging Endorsement (FE) and Educator Endorsement (EE) programs have been updated, with changes to certain FE requirements and greater flexibility in the EE timeline.

Key updates include:

🔨 A revised word- count requirement for the FE written article
🔨 Six required shoes in the FE specimen display, with an updated shoe list
🔨 The current AFA Convention Roadster Class shoe for the forging demonstration
🎓 EE candidates may now begin the process at any time during the year, with deadlines based on their individual start date.

Candidates - and anyone considering pursuing an endorsement - are encouraged to review the complete updated guidelines and syllabus before beginning the process.

‼️In regards to the Cody Gregory dissection Clinic on Saturday, November 14th in Norco, CA it will just be the dissection clinic! There was discussion of an AFA certification the same weekend, this is now being moved to January
IF you attend the dissection clinic The Hoof Lab will kindly waive your host fee for the cert in January 😎
