Since that time the Huseman family has raised top quality Angus cattle, and produced high quality beef, on this farm located near Cedar Lake, IN.

I ran across this photo of a steer hide that I stretched and dried back in 2019. It was from a Longhorn steer that I raised as a an oddity on the farm. When we processed the steer I had its head mounted by a taxidermist. I tried to preserve the hide by myself. I was successful, as it now hangs behind the mounted head in our farm museum. 👍
