Last night I hosted a sourdough class fundraiser and it was amazing. 🤎 🍞
I often get asked, "why share your secrets and methods? Aren't you worried?"
My follow up question is "worried about what?"
No Crumbs is not just about selling bread and profit margins or keeping "secrets."
No Crumbs is about community and creating a space and baked goods that feel like home. If people never shared their recipes, methods, or discoveries what would we have today? Bread is meant to be shared!
Share it with your loved ones, a stranger, someone struggling, or someone celebrating. The look on their face when you hand them a warm loaf of bread or when a student makes their first loaf on their own is so uplifting and rewarding 🤎
My montra has always been community over competition. 🤎🤎🤎
