My name is Christian Moore of Moore Family Homestead. 💙
We started our chicken journey for our youngest son who is autistic. We thought it might help him to be around animals because he loves them. My husband, two sons and I make up Moore Family Homestead.
❤ My love of satins started a few years ago when we got a mix of silkie and satin eggs. I still have my handsome roo from that hatch that I keep over my fun pen. I recently started working on black mottled, blue, blue mottled and splash satins and will continue that for the future. I look forward to knowing everyone and learning how to make this breed better. 😍
