🌸 A Little Flower Farm Update 🌸

Hi, friends!

Unfortunately, Petals at the Ridge won’t be at the Warrensburg Farmers' Market this Saturday. With the recent storms, many of our blooms took a beating, and we simply don’t have the beautiful, high-quality flowers that meet our standards for our bouquets. We’d rather miss a market than offer anything less than our best.

We’ll also be away the following weekend (August 15) for a special family event.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting our little flower farm. We truly appreciate each and every one of you!

We’ll be back with fresh, gorgeous bouquets and floral cups on Saturday, August 22, and we can’t wait to see you then!

Until then, here’s hoping for plenty of sunshine and happy blooms!

🌸✨ Flower farm photo dump! ✨🌸

From rows of cheerful sunflowers reaching for the sky, to vibrant zinnias bursting with color, dreamy cosmos dancing in the breeze, and dahlias stealing the show… every corner of the farm is putting on its best display right now.

But the blooms aren’t the only ones enjoying the view! We share our little slice of paradise with bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, caterpillars, and all kinds of other garden visitors who stop by to forage, pollinate, and remind us that a healthy flower farm is full of life.

Honestly…we aren’t mad about it one bit. 💛

Well…you all did it again!

Every bouquet found a new home today, and my heart is absolutely overflowing with gratitude. To my amazing returning customers—thank you for coming back week after week. It means more than you know.

And to everyone who stopped by for the very first time…welcome! I hope my flowers brighten your home as much as they’ve brightened my day.

Watching flowers that started as tiny seeds in my garden head home with so many wonderful people is something I’ll never take for granted.

My flower garden has officially gone into overdrive, and I have an abundance of beautiful, locally grown flower bouquets that need homes!

I’m offering fresh-cut hand-tied bouquets for just $20. Each bouquet is filled with seasonal flowers grown right here in my garden and freshly cut for the longest vase life.

📍 Convenient pickup off Highway 58 between Holden and Centerview.

If you’d like one (or a few!), please send me a private message to reserve your bouquet and arrange pickup. Quantities are limited to what’s blooming, so it’s first come, first served!

Garden VIP Alert!

Around here at Petals at the Ridge, not every visitor gets escorted off the property. 😄

This beautiful swallowtail caterpillar has officially been granted a free pass to snack in the garden. After all, today’s leaf-munching little guy is tomorrow’s stunning butterfly!

Between the hummingbirds zipping from bloom to bloom, the butterflies dancing through the flowers, the buzzing bees, and now this colorful caterpillar, it’s safe to say our garden is becoming quite the wildlife hotspot.

We grow flowers for people… but we’re pretty happy to share them with nature, too. ❤️

The dahlias are coming…
The dahlias are coming!!

After months of planting, pinching, watering, weeding, talking to them (don’t judge 🤣), and checking them approximately 437 times a day… they’re waking up in spectacular fashion!

Just LOOK at these beauties! 😍

From the fiery sunset oranges to the soft blush pinks, this is only the beginning. The flower field is about to put on one incredible show.
