Hi! I thought I'd pop on here and introduce myself (it's been a while). I'm Christi, and I am the owner of Seasoned with Love.

I am a wife and mom of 4 busy kids and a husband 😂. I worked in the medical field for nearly 20 years (nightshift at that) and before that, the restaurant industry, talk about full circle! I love to spend quality time with my family, I love to run, and I may enjoy cooking...a lot!

Over those *long* nights in the hospital, I noticed my health was taking its toll. I could no longer keep up with my kids and I knew we all deserved better. With that came meal prepping. I have dedicated the past several years to making healthy food taste great. I have enjoyed testing new recipes with whole, non processed, organic ingredients and bringing those meals to our table. Now I get to share them with you!

Eating clean has given me the energy I need to live my life the way I want to. I now have dedicated myself to sharing my love of meal prep and catering with you! I ease the stress of your busy life by providing you with clean, prepped meals each week so that you have the time to do what you love! I'm excited for the future and can't wait to see what it brings! (I've got big goals this year!)
