My neighbor gave me tons of Zucchini. That means baking Zucchini bread ... but I can't find my loaf pans yet, so instead, I made Zucchini Muffins !!

OMG !! Baked some with Raisins, some with Chocolate Chips, and the latest batch was with Cream Cheese Chips !! So far, the latest batch has been everyone's favorite !

I have my new number listed, and received my new business cards today !! Let the baking commence ! Well, maybe once I find my oven under all of these boxes !! LOL

Yes, the new phone number is correct, but we have not found the phones in the hundreds of boxes we have not unpacked yet !! :)

Worry not !! Although I am still painting and unpacking after moving, I am still baking ! So far, have baked my Pancake Cookies and some Zucchini Chocolate Muffins and Zucchini Raisin Muffins !

Tried a new recipe (twice), and the second time my kids couldn't keep their fingers out of the batter, so I lost about 1-1/2 dozen cookies.

Then after baking half of the recipe, they were gone within an hour !! This tells me ..... KEEPER !!

I am back at it !! Never a dull moment in my kitchen ! HA

I just finished baking 144 cookies for the last Chess Club meeting for this year (maybe they won't miss a dozen). On to the cookies I need to bake for the last Knitting Club meeting.

What a sad, but delicious last week of school !!

OH my !! The last (2) weeks have been BUSY in my kitchen ! Here are photos of what I have been up to !

Easter desserts were a hit and miss !
Made Kolachi and Carrot Cake Cookies with an Orange Flavored Icing. The Kolachi is always a hit !
The cookies ... I would try them again, switching some ingredients, but overall, they are not bad. But not up to my standards ...... YET !
