I hate doing this again, especially without Cheesecakes to repay for help, but it would mean a lot if you could help me by sharing my gofundme. After 10+ years fighting stage 4 sarcoma, a bank error caused my Medigap insurance policy to lapse, and I’m trying to raise $1,000 to reinstate my coverage to continue affording treatments and care. UPDATE: My sweet friend Nicole will make a cheesecake for anyone has donated $100 or more, she has my recipe and has helped me in the past ❤️

Exciting news to fill your cheesecake addiction! If you haven't made it to Ashland to try their cheesecake, it's coming to Medford and I can't wait 😋

Good morning cheesecake family!

We have some big news. After much deliberation, we have decided to move the shop into Medford. We are so excited! We know this will bring sadness to some, but we hope it brings joy to many.

We feel blessed to say that we have outgrown our little shop. This move gives us the opportunity to expand, take on more orders, get into more restaurants, and maybe even ship cheesecakes!

We will be serving a limited brunch menu of just breakfast sandwiches and pastries ( and of course cheesecake too ) in the days leading up to our move. Once at our new shop, we will no longer be serving brunch. Though we will be continuing on with pastries!

It has been a fantastic whirlwind of a first year and we thank Ashland (and everyone!) for its love, support and hospitality. We are looking forward to this next chapter and the ability to better serve the Rouge Valley and beyond.

"No Shave November" is in full swing around here! This month, our MPD team is trading in their razors to raise funds for a great cause.💈Officers and staff growing their facial hair are asking for your support with donations to the Medford Police Association.

At the end of the month, all funds raised will be donated to Asante Foundation for Cancer Care that provides care and research right here in Southern Oregon. 💙

I miss interacting with you all more than I miss baking. 😭❤️ Thank you for giving me one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life! It was exhausting at times but it kept me busy and made me feel like I had purpose beyond being a mom and struggling to stay alive. I don't know if I'll ever be capable of taking on orders again but I am beyond grateful for how southern Oregon (and other parts of the state/country) stood behind me and cheered me on. I take pleasure knowing I created literal cheesecake addicts. You'll never know just how much it meant to me that I could be out in public and overhear conversations about my cheesecakes, or that I STILL get recognized in the most random places, like 7-11 (I'm guessing my tattoos are memorable from photos?) by people I've never even met. My 15 minutes of fame was one of the coolest things to experience 😎, regardless of WHY! And I hope I've shown my children that no matter what life throws at you, there are ways to make it positive and do what you love. When I'm gone (let's imagine many, many years from now), I hope they remember how happy and silly and strong I've tried to be through it all.

Thank you for supporting me through some of the roughest years ❤️. It's time to focus on my overall health and my family now.

Steven and I took our boys on a trip to Vegas & Disneyland this week, and surprised them by finally tying the knot! My oldest son Everett was happy to walk me down the aisle👰‍♀️ 🔔. I am now way outnumbered by 6 sons (1 not pictured is an adult)
