SOHS Hanley Farm Established in 1857, Hanley Farm is located in Central Point. Owned and operated by the Southern Oregon Historical Society.

Living History Farm, Education Center, Wedding and Event Venue. SOHS Hanley Farm strives to preserve the history of the people who settled the land and their contributions to the agricultural development of the Rogue Valley. Committed to farming methods that are ecologically healthy and sustainable. We cultivate no-till no-chemical vegetable gardens, offer educational programs and community garden plots, and hold special events throughout the year. Our picturesque 37-acre setting with its 19th century farmhouse, barns, water tower, and additional historic outbuildings offers the perfect backdrop for your special event and is available as a private function rental for weddings, family reunions, company picnics, and more! Attention history-loving ghosts, goblins, and ghouls: tickets are now LIVE for this year's Hanley Halloween Prowl! Join us on the evening of Saturday, October 24th for a family-friendly lantern-lit adventure walk where you will encounter benevolent spirits teaching about about jack-o-lanterns, bats, owls, and other Halloween friends and traditions. At the end of your prowl, grab a hot chocolate or apple c***r from the concession stand and join us for a campfire circle singalong with tunes from Halloweens past.

Timed tours leave every 15 minutes from 4:30 until 7:30 PM. This is a ticketed event ($5 per person), and you must reserve your spot online in advance. We sold out last year, so don't delay! Tickets and more information available here: https://app.gopassage.com/events/halloween-history-prowl
