The flavor is in the fat. Our hogs have 1.25-1.5 inches of back fat and about 10% intramuscular marbling at 300-320 lbs. this is much more tender meat than what you buy in a grocery store.

Boar we sold to Eric Turner in Montgomery. He already has had a few litters born out of him. If you are down that way and want feeder pigs that will have exceptional meat quality check with Eric.

Picked up our hog today from Triple J Processing. They did a great job. The marbling on these chops is perfect!!
