Annual food & wine show. So delicious and fun!!

Loved the change of venue, with multiple rooms of tasty pleasures. Lots of ideas flowing from this trip, can’t wait to share!

First Devents wedding celebration was a blast!

We had so much fun designing this Abruzzo-style menu, which gave the groom an opportunity to share his culture with his new bride’s family.

Huge thanks to the amazing support staff for this one. really knocked it out of the park on a few of these dishes.

It’s peak July and summer heat, but before we know it, the chill of Autumn will roll in and you’ll be craving your favorite hoodie, bonfires, and a cup of Devents famous Chowdah. Absolutely adore the East Coast. I’m biased because of all the seafood! Had so much fun visiting our amazing family, who hosted and allowed me to go crazy at the fish market.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes - Irish Butter and Fresh Garden Sage in cast iron on the grill. Homemade Remoulade.

This took longer to cook than expected, but was fantastic.

Kickin’ it with some wine tastings and solo food, with the wife away on biz this last week.

wines are showing solid! Who knew Austrian Chardonnay was so good?!
