Just wanted to spread a little encouragement to everyone out there today. I have been on my journey to a new me since December of 2024. Over the last 2 months my weight loss has been harder to achieve. I've continued to go to the gym and continue to eat my healthier way. Even though the scale hasn't gone down the way I would have liked it to, yesterday I ordered my first pair of size 6 jeans since I was in my teens. Putting in the work has made a difference even if the scale doesn't show it! Keep going. Never give up!!
