Wow it’s been a busy summer so far doing small gatherings and events!

I wanted to offer 1 more meal to everyone before I start my new (old) role back in campus foodservice 👨🏻‍🍳

This week I’m whipping up 15 portions of roasted vegetable and grilled chicken pasta with a light sauce over cavatappi noodles. Portions are $10 each. Ready for pick up or delivery anytime on Friday. PM, text, or email me how many you need- thanks!!

Hello from the catering kitchen. This week is hot, but I’ve got a hump day healthy salad that will keep you cool and refreshed.

Summer Strawberry Salad- spring mix/romaine blend with grilled lemon herb chicken, strawberries, honey crisp apples, blue cheese, toasted almonds, craisins and house-made white balsamic vinaigrette. ($10/each)

Dropping a quick Monday Meal for everybody to get your week started right!

Baked Chicken Caprese with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and balsamic glaze. Served with your choice of penne noodles, Gf noodles, or zucchini noodles.

For this weeks menu I’m bringing back a couple of classics that folks have been craving!

#1 Buffalo Chicken Salad- grilled buffalo style chicken with blue cheese crumbles, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, onion, and yogurt ranch dressing- $10/each

#2 Southwest Turkey Burger- a juicy turkey patty with peppers, onions, and southwestern spice. Served with twice baked sweet potatoes and sautéed garlic green beans- $10/each

I will be making 25 portions of each, ready for distribution on Sunday afternoon. Pm, text, or email me if you’re interested!!

After a couple great weeks of rest, relaxation, goal setting, and fun in the sun with , I feel fully rejuvenated. Thanks for everything babe! 😘

I am ready to get back into the kitchen and start whipping up your favorite meals for you and your family 🍖🥙🍝

Every couple of weeks (as my new schedule dictates) I will be posting a pop up menu. 2 different entrees, 25 portions of each. Folks can PM, text, or email me if they would like to grab a couple portions. When they are gone, they are gone 👨🏻‍🍳😎

Well what can I say- life is a wild ride, am I right?!? As I sit and reflect on the last year of my career, I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude 😃🙌🏻

I was able continue as an executive chef for an established catering company ran by an old friend. Under the same roof, I was able to create and expand my own family meal prep business. It was a lot of work and everyday was a challenge. However, the texts and messages I received about how much people enjoyed my food, and knowing that I was helping to ease the stress of family meal time made it all worthwhile 👨🏻‍🍳🥳😎

Nobody could have predicted the Covid pandemic. No one could have foreseen the complete and udder destruction of the foodservice industry that has been a major part of my life since I was 13. When a ban was put on large gatherings our catering books were completely emptied and we are being forced to change our business as usual. I will be loosing the certified kitchen space I have called home for the last year 😞

My plan is continue “Save Your Sunday” as soon as I find suitable kitchen space to rent. Food safety has always been my #1 concern with food taste and quality as a close second. With that in mind, my goal is to re-launch my weekly menus starting on June 1st. In the meantime, please reach out with any questions about recipes or meals that you are making.
