September marks the beginning of fall 🍁 and for a lot of us what we cook and eat changes with the season. This month’s special features our house made Italian sausage which is perfect for pasta sauces, pizza, lasagna, meatballs and all things ITALIAN. We added in the Brisket Hot dogs and Ny Strips with 🏈 season in mind! The Baseball Sirloins (thick 8oz center cut portions) are great grilled but also work well for stroganoff, stir fry & kabobs.

$100.90 for a lot of great meat options helps you budget but also get creative in the kitchen!

Whether you have been dreaming of PICANAH or looking for something fun to smoke this weekend, “WE’VE GOT THE BEEF” for you!

Picanha is sometimes called sirloin cap, rump cap or coulotte steak but no matter the name, it's simply delicious!

Don't scared of the fat cap on these beauties!
It's is rich, buttery & delicious.

We will have them as the whole loin but are happy to cut down into steak portions. All you need is a thick metal skewer or spike to cook these Brazilian style. Have us cut them into steaks. Fold into a “C” shape with the fat on. Roast over hot coals and slice outside layer when it’s as done as you like and then throw back on the heat to cook another layer!
