Sweetwater Farms

Sweetwater Farms A small family farm specializing in hot and sweet pepper production in addition to other vegetables, garlic seeds and more! All of our veggies are organically grown so they are clean and fresh.

Sweetwater Farms is a small family farm located in Chapmansboro, Tennessee, on the edge of the town of Pleasant View. We are located minutes off I-24, making us convenient to Pleasant View, Ashland City, Springfield, Clarksville, and less than 30 minutes from Nashville. The primary purpose of our farm is to feed our family, but we always have plenty of extras. We are making our extras available to

our neighbors and friends. We grow everything from our specialty peppers to tomatoes, beans, garlic, okra and squash. We don't need chemicals to make our veggies last forever on a shelf or to bring out that perfect color. We also grow a variety of herbs, raise black soldier fly larvae (soldier grubs), and offer growing, landscaping and lawn care services. You never know what you will find on our farm! We have real jobs in addition to running the farm, so we do not have a permanent market stand or set hours. You can make a request for any of our products by contacting us through this page, through our page (https://www.facebook.com/swfarmstn), through our webpage (http://sweetwaterfarmstn.blogspot.com/), or by email ([email protected]). Orders can be picked up from the farm or shipped to your door. We will update this page with what's currently available and any times our farm stand is open.

We are still alive over here. Just been working hard on expanding a bit this year and dealing with a bit of a drought at planting time. Thankfully the rain has come and everything is growing well!

Seeds have continued to sell through May with most varieties either sold out or very close. It's past planting time in most locations, but if you are still looking for seeds you can check out our options through the link in the options below. They'll still be good to use next season!

We got hit by the snow and ice over a week ago and lost mail service. Thankfully, we didn't have too many orders so we have been able to drop them all off now that the post offices have re-opened. All orders are on their way to our customers, but please be aware that USPS shipping time might be a bit slower than usual due to all this winter weather.

Looks like our regular mail pick-ups will be available again tomorrow so send us those orders! We have seeds and dried peppers in stock. Almost time to start planting indoors!

Fresh pepper season is officially over.🙁 The pick-up period has ended. The few remaining peppers have been placed on a dehydrator or harvested for seeds.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make it a successful season and supported our farm! We have dried peppers and seeds available now to help you get through the winter. Until next season!

Remember that photo we shared a few days ago from one of our customers that had received their peppers? They became fruity hot sauce creations. The one on the left combines Blueberry, Cranberry and Pineapple with our Trinidad Scorpions, Carolina Reapers and Habaneros for a very unique flavor and burn. The one on the right in a sweet mix of Pineapple, Habaneros and Aji Lemon.

Thanks so much for sharing with us as we really love to see what our customers do with our peppers!

Tomorrow is the final day we can ship out so orders must be in by tonight if you need them shipped. Pick up will be available the rest of the week.

We have smaller amounts of the following peppers and can mix them together into small boxes if anyone is interested.
Carolina Reaper
Ghost (Red/White)
Devil's Tongue
