Just wanted to post a quick update. I know some of you have been waiting for posts of freeze dried goods! My plan was to have something available every week for the month of May. Time got away from me. I’ve been planting flowers and planting/tending to my garden. 🪴

I currently have six quart jars of mushrooms available at $6.00 a jar, four jars of strawberries at $11.00 each and lots of bananas that will be available in the next 30 hours at $6.00 a quart jar. I will refund $1.00 for all jars returned to me.

Hello & welcome to Rose Creek Farm!

A little introduction.. I’m Lee Ann and I’ve been a southern Iowa resident my entire life. We have lived on our farm for 18 years now, located in Lucas Co. I love gardening, planting flowers, baking, spending time with my grandbabies, and trail riding.

We are excited to announce we are officially ready to launch our freeze dried products!

Each week for the month of May we will be posting freeze dried items for sale.

I have been freeze drying for about two years now. I have a wide range of products that will be available for purchase!
