Here’s a new little heifer friend: a Jersey/Red Angus cross.

Her mom Blanche is a Jersey, but certainly unique in that she is mostly white colored. As you can see, those genetics passed through to this calf.

We’re grateful to our customers - new and old - filling their freezers with some Jersey/Limousin steers.

We’ve got one more steer up for grabs, but after that it’s going to be a few months until we have more ready.
