🍩 Donuts by the beach? 📍Hot Pursuit Donuts on Folly Beach 🏖️ Donut trailer with creative cake donuts & lemonade

We ordered the Mermaid sprinkle donut (VERY sweet), an Oreo donut bowl (amazing 🤤) + lemonade (would skip this next time as it was $$$)

A few tips:

👀👀 The best menu items are on the back of the sandwich board!

Find a spot to park on the street (easy for us in October) or a street parking lot. 🚗

Green area + benches to eat on in front of the donut trailer 🌿

Save this for your next trip to Folly! 27 W. Erie Ave. 🌴📍

🍻 Saturday, Oct 10th: New Realm Brewing Company Harvest Festival. Local food, artisan makers, live music & fall-inspired cocktails. 11am-3p. 880 Island Park Drive. (Pet-friendly!)

🛍️ Sunday, Oct 11th: Second Sunday on King. Shopping & dining on King Street in downtown Charleston

Dinner at Sorghum & Salt 🍽️

If you’re wondering what to order at Sorghum & Salt, here’s everything that made it to our table. We started with the ricotta + house-made focaccia, (SO good!) then had the trumpet mushrooms, carrot Bolognese, and Kogi aged Wagyu sirloin. 🍝🥩

And don’t skip dessert — the Beets Crèmeux with blackberries, cocoa nibs, and dulce de leche was such a delicious way to finish the meal. 🤎

🍂 Fall festival at the Goose Creek Municipal Complex. Saturday, Oct. 3rd 10a-3p. Food, vendors, kids' games, rides, shopping & performances. Free entry.

🍻 Summerville Oktoberfest 2026. Historic Hutchinson Square in downtown Summerville. Saturday, Oct. 3rd, 12-6p. Food, drinks & shopping.
