Today was all about testing, tweaking, and chasing that perfect level of heat—the kind that lingers after the last bite and leaves you immediately wanting another.

This bowl starts with chili-garlic noodles tossed in our house-made Liquid Mayhem sauce, then gets piled high with fresh cucumber, carrots, green onion, cilantro, lime, and your choice of protein.

For today's test run we went full chaos:

The verdict?

The flavor is there.
The heat is getting close.
