Empanadas are a Central and South American sweet or savory turnover; I have since begun to call mine, "pockets of love." They are an amazing little street food treat to eat on the go, and filled with just about anything you can dream of! I learned how to make Empanadas while working as a private Chef in Patagonia, Chile. Each Empanada is handmade and baked in the oven until golden brown and delicious!
