I wanted to take a second to introduce myself! My name is Courtney, the creator behind Cheese Louise! I’m a North Carolina native but have lived in Europe and traveled all over the world. My husband and I currently live in the Holly Springs area of North Carolina with our two young boys. Before being a full time mom, I’ve worked for several food brokerage firms where I represented over 150+ food manufacturers! I spent every day in 10-15 new kitchens cooking up products for restaurants all over North Carolina, it was a true dream! I feel so so blessed to have Cheese Louise and create delicious boards of art every day but more so, I am so honored to be part of your special holidays, events and memories!
