Tomorrow I’m going to be making a BBQ pork sourdough! I added some pulled pork seasoning, pickle juice and BBQ sauce in with the water. Then I’ll add cubed cheddar, pickles, red onions, bbq sauce, pulled pork and some yellow mustard in the layers during shaping!!
