BuuSo and Mai Cà Phê team is back with another pop up! This time we’ll be at Vietnamese Association of Charlotte Mid-Autumn Festival🏮🥮, located in front of Asian Market on The Plaza. This free event will be filled with food, music, and culture! Parking is also free, but keep in mind it is located in the lot across the street.
🤤We’ll have Chè Thái (Vietnamese coconut milk fruit cocktail), Rau Câu (Vietnamese agar agar jelly with Vietnamese coffee, coconut, pandan, and ube flavors), Bánh Bò Nướng (Pandan Honeycomb Mochi Cake) as our special items. Pair these items with one of Mai Cà Phê Vietnamese Drip Coffee for the perfect combo!

Hi👋 reintroducing ourselves for those who are new! BuuSo was founded in 2025 by and and the name, BuuSo, is a combination of our middle names. Our logo includes our fur babies, Kiwi, a Carolina dog found as a stray 13 years ago, (rest in paradise🤍🕊️) and Nori, also a stray who was found in 2023. As a couple who enjoys traveling and snacking, we were inspired to start BuuSo, to share our love for Asian snacks and drinks with the public!

📍We’re based in Charlotte, NC, but we can do some events in Greensboro as well, if it’s on the weekend. Currently, we do not have a storefront, but that is something we’re interested in down the road.👀
🫶 So, if you know of any upcoming vendor markets or pop-up events that you would love to see us at, let us know!
