Hello, it’s Chef Shae. Thank you for reaching out to me and my family. As some of you may be aware, I am taking a year-long hiatus from catering and events following the loss of my father in January. This time will enable me to heal and prepare for a strong start in 2026. I am eager to return to the kitchen and create exquisite grazing tables for my clients. Currently, I am enrolled in floral design classes and continuing to tend to my garden. I hope this message finds you well. Please note that I will begin accepting bookings in January, with a maximum of seven events per year, accommodating no more than 20 guests.
