• Oversee all aspects of blending and batching on a per shift basis.
• Motivates production staff by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and assessing performance; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manages to metrics and KPIs as detailed in the scorecard.
• Hold team accountable for performance, quality, and cGMPs.
• Maintains safety, quality, and service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, observing equipment and control points, monitoring personnel and resources, and facilitating corrections to malfunctions.
