Living it Up with Laura - Former Pampered Chef Consultant Living it Up with Laura - Anson County, NC, USA I’m Laura Laney and I’m “living it up” with my husband & 2 kids in rural Anson County, NC. Here in L.A.

My parents are our closest neighbors. (Lower Anson), everything is at least 15 minutes away - including gas and groceries. That’s fine with me. I told my husband when we moved out here 15+ years ago as long as I could have county water and the Internet I’d be a happy camper. Needless to say, we don’t eat out much, and that’s fine with me, too, because I like to cook meals at home. They’re cheaper,

healthier, and there is less disposable packaging and waste for a cleaner planet. But I also have a full-time job and volunteer with Girl Scouts, BSA and my church, so I’m always looking for the right tools and life hacks to make things a little easier. The reason I decided to become a consultant was to give me an opportunity to try out new Pampered Chef products, connect with like-minded folks who like to share food time with family and friends, and have a little fun along the way. I’m not really the pampered type...but I’m certainly not denied!

I haven’t been posting as much, but I have been cooking just as much. Fish Veracruz 🐟 with rice 🍚 then the leftover sauce transformed for Shrimp Veracruz 🍤con Crema on whole wheat penne. Also some homemade chicken veggie broth 🍲and Microcooker ham 🍖& veggies. I’m not actively selling Pampered Chef any more, but my friend Michelle Fehlman does ✅, so please reach out to her for all your PC needs or to host a party 🎉 !
