The Freeze Dry machine is always hard at work. Amber just made her kiddos a bunch of cinnamon apples.
Did you know that freeze dried food lasts up to 30 years?!?
We started drying in 2019 as an additional/alternative preservation method for our garden veggies. And we went from there experimenting with meals and now candy!

I really think it's my favorite method, although I still can and dehydrate.

(At this time we are unable to sell anything outside of candy, but hopefully one day)
