June was full of graduation celebrations, and we were able to be a part of this one out by Cane Creek. We even had some furry visitors that wanted some tacos too. For this event we set up a full taco bar with Al Pastor, shredded chicken, and beef for the meats. For the sides - rice, black beans, corn, chips/salsa & queso , and all the toppings you could want. I had the best help that night too. The building was very nice, and the outside scenery was beautiful. Congratulations to the Class of 2026 🎉

Everyone at our house likes snacking on pickled eggs and we enjoy making them too. We have made 3 or 4 different flavors...

Saturday we were so happy to cater for one of our long time best friends 40th birthday 🎉 Greg loves our chicken so we grilled chicken legs & thighs, we smoked a few butts, made bbq baked beans, mac & cheese, corn, white and red slaw, and a few dozen cupcakes 🧁 ( red velvet, strawberry, blueberry lemon, and strawberry margarita) Happy birthday 🎉 Greg, we had a great time celebrating you 🎈

For Father’s my dad came over and we grilled split Chicken Breast, and for our side we had chili cheese queso loaded tater tots. It was a simple meal that packed a lot of flavor.

Nothing beats a good steak dinner with fresh veggies. We had grilled Ribeyes, pineapple Buffalo shrimp, ,fresh cut squash, zucchini, potatoes, onions, & portobella mushrooms cooked on the Blackstone. And some fresh Lima beans.
