Charlotte’s oldest brewery, The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery was at the forefront of the city's return to beer made locally and served fresh. OMB focuses on premium quality, traditional, and of course fresh “beer-flavored beer”. All OMB beers contain only four all-natural ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast, in accordance with the world-famous German “Reinheitsgebot” beer purity law established i

n 1516. We use only the highest quality ingredients sourced from across North America and Europe, and follow traditional, painstaking brewing processes to produce crisp, clean, flavorful beers authentic to style. The brewery has won numerous awards for its beer in North America and Europe, including two gold medals for its Mecktoberfest Maerzen Lager and another for its Fat Boy Baltic Porter at the world beer championship (European Beer Star) in Germany. OMB beers can be found in restaurants and grocery throughout the Charlotte region as well as in select locations around the Carolinas. They can also be found at our destination brewery, restaurant, and world-class biergarten in the heart of Charlotte’s LoSo neighborhood.

Debuting August 29 (aka Sausage Fest) are 120 validated parking spots for OMB customers
