Also along the way, bumps, bruises, aches, pains, cracked teeth, busted lips, a few ice packs, tears, broken bones, laid in a cold barn with a sick calf, the list could go on….
BUT, we keep on so America can feed America. When we continue to sell farm land, we lose more than just land.
When farming is financial not feasible , many keep doing it, But for how long?
There is absolutely no question that eating locally grown foods is the best, especially for the nutritional benefit, transparency, and freshness.
