Red velvet, carrot cake, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry are some of the flavors I make. My diabetic-friendly cakes are made with natural sweeteners & NO granulated sugar that spikes levels or artificial sweetener that leaves an aftertaste. Looking for a HEALTHIER cake? I also make cakes using ORGANIC unbleached flour, eggs, raw sugar and oil/margarine that has low or zero cholesterol & trans fat. Eat healthier without sacrificing great taste!
