Sheet pans = cheeseboards on the go! We’re officially in picnic season and tbh, I’m always packing my to-go boards on a basic sheet pan 🙃
I keep seeing those cute ~aesthetic~ wooden boards with a plastic lid that honestly look very convenient but I just cannot bring myself to purchase another cheeseboard. Should I cave and do it??
I love lining a sheet pan with parchment paper, loading up the board, and covering with foil to transport.
I built this board for my daughter’s 2nd birthday get together and included toddler friendly snacks like hummus (anyone else’s kid eat that by the spoon?), peppers, berries, mild cheddar, and my daughters personal favorite, truffle almonds 🤣

PEPPERONI PIZZA PINWHEELS should be on your menu this weekend!! 🍕🌀
These were super easy to make and they’re the perfect snack for this frigid weather & watching football 🏈
Here’s how I made them
• homemade pizza dough (or store bought!)
• roll out to a thin rectangle
• brush with olive oil & Italian seasoning
• top with chopped up pepperoni (cutting is the key bc then you get some pep in each and every bite) & shredded mozzarella (measure with your 🤍)
• roll up the rectangle and then slice up
• brush tops with more herby olive oil
• I baked some on a pan and some in a mini muffin tin! 350 degrees for 15-20 min. I prefer the mini versions bc then you can eat more 😉
• serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping & a sprinkle of parm on top
Pro tip is to double the recipe and freeze half, they are so easy to reheat in the oven or air fryer.
