For Janice De La Cruz, hospitality began with a place at her grandmother’s table.

Today, as Resident Engagement and Hospitality Director and Interim Systems Director with CCL Hospitality Group Janice carries those lessons into her work in senior living, creating experiences that bring connection, comfort, and joy to the residents she serves.
