It's been one week since more than 800 Compass associates, clients, and partners packed the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston for our first CCC of 2026. We celebrated big wins, meaningful partnerships, and most importantly, the people who make it all possible.

From the fresh, local seafood prepared by our talented chefs to the unmistakable New England energy in the room, the pride of Boston was on full display – right down to our CFO proudly repping the hometown team!
