We were so excited to celebrate our two graduates last week! We used a lot of farm fresh foods in our spread and of course our very own pork!

Peep those BBQ sundae shots and our little appetizers with andouille, brats, and kielbasa paired with various cheeses as well as pineapple!

BBQ sundae shots are just a smaller, handheld version of a one of a kind favorite! You layer your bbq (we smoked a couple of our Boston Butts), baked beans (seasoned with our thick cut, Hickory smoked bacon), and handmade slaw (in red or white). Then you drizzle your favorite bbq sauce over the top.

Absolutely perfect!!

Our zinnias have been beautiful all season long! They are such good butterfly magnets! This little one stayed on the flowers even after I cut them for my bouquet…it traveled around the garden with me!

Buttery herb and garlic seasoned pork chops going on the grill...a family favorite!!

The Boss Hawg is back!!

Just in time for tailgate season!! 🏈

We are kicking off football season with everyone’s favorite …our meat lover’s dream and let me just tell you…this. Is. 🔥🔥!

Let’s break it down!!
This is a hickory smoked bacon wrapped bratwurst smothered in pulled pork BBQ from a Boston Butt that smoked for 5 hours. To top it off it was covered in broccoli slaw, sautéed onions, queso, and sweet honey BBQ sauce! Whew! That’s good stuff!

On the side we served up baked beans with our burnt ends and dark brown sugar and a household favorite, cheesy ranch campfire potatoes.

2.5-3 lb Boston Butt
1 lb Bacon
1 lb Bratwursts

We get asked so often about catching lobster every year. The boys took their go pro with them on all their adventures in the Keys and we can’t wait to share their adventures with all of you!

Every year we head south to the FL Keys to chase lobster, fish, and spearfish! The BIGGEST adventure for sure!
