Man, that was some crazy weather this weekend! We were without power for about 7 hours on Sunday. On Monday, the cleanup started. It was a good thing Matt had the foresight to move our truck because about an hour later, a tree fell right where it had been sitting! We had a bunch of trees and limbs break; the ground was so saturated that trees were being pulled out of the ground, roots and all, by the wind. We were blessed to all be safe here at the farm, the people and the animals. And we are grateful to the linemen who were out in the nasty weather to restore our power.
