Not graphic by any means, however ‼️warning ‼️a shot is fired and the raccoon flees. No blood.

Set up a light and took cover last night. They were out during daylight 9:27pm to be exact. My chicken coop door closes at 9:25… several traps are out but the best form of action is always permanent. Not today Mr. Racoon. 1 of 4 hopefully gone.

If you think they can’t fit! They sure as hell can!

No matter what kind of day it is, what time of year it is. Life is life. It’s beautiful, confusing, incredibly complex, but worth it because it exists through love.
I have one broody duck and I purchased some fertilized eggs to let her sit on.
We’ve lost a duck to the road and I want males to be able to repopulate my own farm.
She’s a very good sitter, and has her best sister helping sit next to her, helping protect the babies.

I’m so proud of them! Now to give them some space, wait for more to hatch and let them grow 🌱😍🦆
