Oktoberfest is about the bier, the music, the festivities—and, of course, the food.

And this schnitzel? Well… it deserves your attention. 🇩🇪

Tender, breaded, golden and ready to do what schnitzel does best: make you very happy you came hungry.

Oktoberfest is almost here.

But before the steins start clinking and the lederhosen come out, Willi is taking us back to where it all began.

Believe it or not, Oktoberfest started as a wedding celebration—and it involved horse racing, plenty of bier, and a whole lot of people coming together to celebrate. Some things, apparently, are worth keeping around. 🇩🇪

Ask Jack what his favorite part of Oktoberfest is, and he’ll tell you it’s all of it.

The festivities. The food. The drink. And, most importantly, what brings people together—the dirndls, the lederhosen, the steins, and everyone coming to celebrate community. 🇩🇪🍻

And we know you are ready for the celebration because the Oktoberfest Pre-Party last Saturday got the steins raised, the music going, and Charlotte officially in the mood. 🍻🇩🇪

Now, there’s only one thing left to do:

On September 11, we honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

To the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and other first responders who serve our communities every day: thank you for the work you do and the sacrifices you make.
