With over 75 goat births, we are back at full production! We will be at the Main St Farmers Market today with plenty of goat milk and dairy products!! See you all there!!

Happy Thanksgiving! Whether you need cheeses (or cheese puff pastry bites!) for your holiday appetizer or hostess gift, creamy milk for your mashed potatoes, or probiotic rich yogurt and keifer for the after-turkey food coma, we will have all that and more at the TODAY! These turned out so yummy! Mini Chèvre Puffs! So simple and fun!

Cut puff pastry into about 2-3 inch squares
Press into a mini muffin tin or regular tin.
Add about a heaping teaspoon of chèvre. (If using mini muffin tin, don’t overfill or it will overflow when cooking)
Garnish with whatever you like (bacon, jalapeño slice, herbs, nuts etc)
Cook for about 12-15 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.

SO simple and yummy!
