Yemimas Blazin Sauce My name is ShaRonda, also known as Yemima. I am the owner of Yemimas Blazin Sauce which I started in 2023. I enjoy sharing my journey with the public.

This came from three years of product testing on family and friends to get the recipes perfect. Yemimas Blazin Sauce creates artisan small batch hot sauces. The levels range from mild to hot using farm fresh peppers. The mildest pepper being poblano to the hottest pepper, dragon's breath.

I started this back in Febuary. It's not for the public but someone close, so I cannot mention the ingrediants. I was told the first match was too vinegary. So I'm back at the drawing board. I'm starting the second test batch. I guess we'll see how this batch turns out.

I used The Wrath of EL 2.0 to marinade a rack of lamb for Passover. A month later, my husband used Death Wish to marinade racks of lamb. What's on your lamb?
