✨ Change of hours & end of season U-pick sale! ✨
Our organic SweeTango and Honeycrisp apples are still hanging on the trees, and now they’re just $2/lb while the fruit lasts.
Starting October 27th, the farm store will only be open weekdays, Monday through Friday. This weekend is our FINAL Saturday/Sunday of U-pick, so come fill your boxes and soak up one more beautiful fall day in the orchard. 😌

🍎 “Are your apples waxed?” It’s a question we hear a lot! The truth is, we don't coat our organic apples with a food-grade wax because even the freshest Honeycrisp straight from our trees have a natural wax layer. This natural wax helps protect the apple, lock in moisture, and keep it crisp until it reaches your table. The natural wax is edible, but a quick wash with warm water will easily remove it. Straight from the tree, every bite is fresh, juicy, and perfectly protected by nature. 🥰👏

💜 Did you know that lavender bushes don’t always bloom just once in a single season? Due to Chelan’s sunny fall weather, our lavender bushes are showing off a second wave of purple sprigs!
👉 This late-season growth happens when the plants get plenty of sunshine and a light trim after their summer bloom. It’s nature’s way of giving us one last breath of color and fragrance before the cold weather returns.

My father was an early adopter of organic Honeycrisp and is one of the most experienced growers in the region. We're famous for having Honeycrisp that are such high-quality they last 5 to 6 months longer in storage than industry competitors.
Thus, I was inspired to start a business that would ship super premium fruit directly to the doorsteps of our most loyal customers on the West Coast (sorry East Coasters). You see, better farmers rarely experience better prices. Fruit goes to a packer, then a shipper, and then a retailer before finally reaching a customer. When fruit goes on such a frivolous journey to its end destination the quality goes down and we emit ten-fold the amount of carbon emissions. Even shopping at a farmer’s market isn't very "direct" because the farmer has to keep hauling the fruit back and forth.
My mission is to create an intimate and trusting relationship between a farmer and his customers. Get to know us and I can promise your relationship with fresh food and the planet will take on a whole new meaning.
I named my company Chelan Beauty because, having grown up in Lake Chelan, I can tell you that our boutique farm produces the most beautiful commodity you will ever find in this region. It's not wine. It's not the mountains or even the lake water—it's our Honeycrisp.
My parents farm is called Diamondback Acres and their mission is "to conserve and restore Lake Chelan farmland whilst growing the most sought-after fruit in the world.” Industry professionals know that better fruit comes from Lake Chelan. Once you taste fruit from Chelan Beauty, I'm sure you'll agree.
